How do I get keys for the property?
Once your balance payment has been recieved we will send you your final confirmation. This will include route and access details for your chosen property.
What time can I gain entry to the property?
Unless otherwise stated in the property description or the route details you are allowed entry into the property from 3.30 pm on the specified changeover day.
What time do I need to vacate the property?
To enable the property managers sufficient time to clean between changeover periods you are asked to vacate the property by 9.30 am on the day of departure.
What happens if I am late arriving to the property?
Once you have received your access details you are free to arrive at any time after your specified arrival time.
Who do I contact if there is a problem?
In the event of a problem you should contact the number provided in your accommodation arrival details.
Do I need to bring bedding etc?
Bed linen is provided in all of our properties and some supply towels as well. Please check the property’s accommodation description, as this will tell you the relevant information. Bed linen for cots is not provided.
What are the rules regarding young groups and the singles market?
With all bookings we charge a good housekeeping bond which is refundable within a week after departure providing there are no major problems. For full list of terms and conditions for groups please see information on booking conditions page.
