To the front of the property is a brick paved, south facing patio whilst the rear is a landscaped enclosed slate garden with gas barbeque and patio furniture with a gate leading to the rear parking which accommodates two cars.

For those winter nights the property boasts double glazing together with gas central heating and constant hot water which is all included in the tariff throughout the year.

Newquay, with its many attractions, major retail outlets and banking facilities is 5 minutes drive or alternatively there is a tidal coastal walk for the more energetic.
