Renting out a Holiday Home with Newquay Holiday Lettings

or our ‘Property Management Service’.
Booking Only Service 15% of the gross rental + VAT
This service includes all holiday rental advertising on the internet and in the media; enquiry/booking line 8am to 8pm; dealing with all holiday payments from the initial deposits through to the final payments. Newquay Holiday Lettings also include an adaptable mailing brochure and tariff, Membership of a 'Clients Money Protection' scheme.
Management Service 20% of the gross rental + VAT
We can provide a service tailor made to the Property Investor who does not want to be involved on a day to day basis with their holiday rental business. Services includes those listed for Bookings Only plus accommodation access, out of hours guest's helpline, property inspections, co-ordinating cleaning and laundry services, organising repairs and maintenance between lets.
This Management Service is available 365 days a year by an experienced lettings team living in Newquay.
