FAQ’s
Once your balance payment has been received we will send you your final confirmation. Around a week before arrival you will receive your arrival information via email. This will include route and access details for your chosen property.
Unless otherwise stated in the property description or the route details you are allowed entry into the property from 1530 on the specified changeover day. If the property is ready any earlier following the turn around clean a member of the team will contact you to advise. Occasionally if the property is empty an early entry is permitted by prior permission via Newquay Holiday Lettings
To enable the property managers sufficient time to clean between changeover periods you are asked to vacate the property by 0930 on the day of departure. There may be occasions when you can arrange a late departure but this has to be done in advance with Newquay Holiday Lettings. Any guests who do not depart on time and delay housekeeping will be charged.
Once you have received your access details you are free to arrive at any time after your specified arrival time.
In the event of a problem, you should contact the number provided in your accommodation arrival details.
Bed linen and house towels are provided in all of our properties. Bed linen for cots and beach towels are not provided.
All of our properties have allocated car parking spaces available. Some properties require a car park pass to be shown at all times which we will provide for you. Failure to display the pass could result in a parking ticket from an outside company which we are unable to pay for or arrange cancellation of the fine
Some of our properties are unable to accept dogs due to lease restrictions. Others remain dog free for allergy reasons. If a property is dog friendly we will clearly state this in the property description – we do ask that you bring your dogs favourite bedding and blankets and do not leave them unattended in the property
