This property has been designed with comfort and style. This property is in the perfect location for your Newquay break. Fistral Beach, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are within a few minutes walking distance.

18 Zinc has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with patio doors onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher with a further washer/dryer to help make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has zip & link twin beds. Both bedrooms have balconies with furniture and wall mounted TVs for your entertainment.

Please note this apartment does not have a parking space, there is however a long stay car park directly behind the zinc building which weekly passes can be purchased from the Cornwall Gov website. There is a walkway from the car park into the rear of the Zinc building.

​This building does NOT accept pets. Guests dogs are no longer accepted as part of thge lease agreement.
