Lawson – April 2022 – After staying at 1 Ocean Views, Newquay, 24th April for a week. I have to say that the accommodation was 5 stars in every way. Upon arriving I was over the moon as the property as it was as perfectly advertised and extremely clean. Vicky and Dave from Newquay Lettings could not be more friendly, obliging and on-call if needed.
This location was ideal as it was only a 5 mins walk to the main shops and a further 3 mins to the beach. So you are still central but not within the busier parts of Newquay.
Being as this was dog friendly accommodation I was able to bring my little dog which made it even more perfect. Also having a secure car parking space made me feel so much more comfortable. Thank you again for a great place to stay and I’ll look forward to staying again with you.
Sarah – April 2022 – This was a lovely, clean and modern holiday let. Access arrangements were well communicated along with other ‘need to know’ points. Reserved parking was a bonus for the centre of Newquay. We had no noise issues despite the let being in a block of apartments and on the ground floor next to the entrance.
