We stayed at 33, Ocean One in Fistral for 10 days at the end of September. The apartment was superb, everything and more that we were promised. Fantastic location 2 minutes from Fistral Beach, and a 15 minute walk to Newquay. Parking in the gated car park was very convenient, beds comfy, kitchen fully equipped, large TV in lounge, showers great, and everything spotlessly clean. Balcony overlooking Fistral Beach was our favourite place. Newquay Lettings were easy to deal with, clear, concise instructions and very helpful finding us the perfect holiday place to stay.

The service from our host was excellent! We stupidly lost our keys to the apartment and the host was quick to respond and resolved this within a couple of hours while we had lunch. Absolutely fantastic! The property is in a perfect location with a 1 minute walk to Fistral beach!

Had a fabulous stay – apartment was spacious, well equipped, very clean and ideally situated for us to get out and about around Cornwall. Being close to Fistral and having a parking space was a real bonus. We’re already looking to book for next year.

Perfectly located for Fistral Beach and the bars/restaurants there. Waking with a morning coffee to that view every day was just perfect! So very clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home stay. Would 100% recommend and would certainly return.

Property in perfect location. Immaculate cleanliness. Only had a slight issue on check in that the instructions directed us to the wrong key safe. But was solved immediately over the phone with no issues at all after this. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.
