This property has been designed with comfort and style. This property is in the perfect location for your Newquay break. Both Fistral Beach and the town centre are within a few minutes walking distance.

38 Zinc has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area with patio doors onto the balcony. The lounge doubles as a sofa bed which can sleep 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher and washer/dryer to help make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has zip & link twin beds. Both bedrooms have televisions.

Please note this apartment does not have a parking space. There is however a long stay car park directly behind the zinc building which weekly passes can be purchased from the Cornwall Gov website.

Perfect for families, couples and mixed singles aged 25 plus only. We are unable to accept dogs in this property. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking.

The apartment was only a 100 metre walk to the actual beach. It had everything we needed and was extremely spacious and clean. Felt very welcoming, relaxing and airy. Louise was a great host, always responded quickly. Perfect location and apartment was exactly as described. Loved staying here and would highly recommend.

Another wonderful stay at No38 Zinc Apartments.  The apartment took on a different feel on our recent visit.  It was lovely to return to a warm cosy environment after braving the Cornish autumn weather.  Looking to visit again soon.

We very much enjoyed our trip to Cornwall. The flat was great – well equipped, spacious, spotless and conveniently located. Only drawback was a lack of an allocated parking spot (plenty of public/paid parking space was available on the rear side of the apartment complex, which was easily accessible)

A lovely apartment for my family to stay in over the Easter break.  Very well equipped and very comfortable pristine, modern and new.  A great location, within a five minute walk to Fistral beach ,and five minutes into Newquay harbour…Pentire and Crantock also within walking distance. Parking wasn’t a problem, as there was a car park directly behind building.. we paid under a tenner a day… I would definitely come to this apartment again .. had a wonderful time

Great place, a lot brighter then we thought it would be. Was super clean throughout linen also immaculate. Was very quiet in communal area and inside the property no noise from neighbours (we did stay out of season). There was a public car park at the rear of the property so we could see our car from the apartment. Highly recommend for out of season visit.

This was our third stay at Zinc but our first in this apartment which was extremely comfortable and cosy. Zinc is located in a fabulous location overlooking Fistral to the front and the Atlantic to the rear.  This apartment overlooks the rear and still has a great view.  Whilst parking isn’t included there is a great car park located behind, we purchased a weekly rover ticket which you can also use in some other car parks in Cornwall so if you are planning a visit to other towns it’s a good deal.  An advantage is it quick to get to the car park from the apartment using the rear steps (however as this location is so good we only used the car once in our stay as you can walk everywhere).
The apartment was very clean and beds extremely comfortable, there’s also a nice balcony with chairs.  It’s also very quiet in the apartment, you very rarely hear other residents.
We had some superb weather and walked to Porth across the various Newquay beaches and had a fabulous cream tea. Our favourite places to eat / have a drink all within walking distance are The Stable, Rick Steins, Sea Spray, The Fern Pit Cafe, Fistral Beach Bar, The Fort Inn (fantastic Sunday roast) and Concho Lounge (free drink or dessert on a Monday).
We would certainly stay here again as we would any of Newquay Holiday Lettings properties as they are all very comfortable and the customer service from staff is excellent.

Zinc apartments are the perfect location for a Newquay holiday . Dog friendly & so close to fistral beach for beautiful beach walks & a great base for exploring.
