Located on the third floor of the exclusive Zinc development, this bright apartment enjoys stunning south-facing views across Newquay Golf Course and out to the world-famous Fistral Beach, just a few minutes’ walk away.
Inside, the apartment offers spacious, open-plan living with large floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light. The lounge and dining area open directly onto the first of two private balconies, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful coastal views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern fitted units, stone worktops, and integrated appliances such as a fridge, freezer, Bosch oven, Bosch gas hob, Neff dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
Sleeping up to four guests, the apartment features:
Master bedroom with a king-size bed, direct balcony access, and a private en-suite shower room.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in this property. Due to the building’s lease agreement, guests are not allowed to bring dogs or any other pets.
This property is suitable for families, couples, and mixed adult groups aged 25 and over only.
For insurance and compliance reasons, we are unable to accept groups of any kind or couples where either guest is under 25 years old. Bookings not meeting these criteria cannot be accepted.
