We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It’s in a fantastic location with views of the golf course but the best view was over Fistral which is only a few hundred metres walk from Zinc.
The car was left in the underground car park for the full week as there was just so much to do and see.
The apartment itself was great. Absolutely everything you need for a great stay. All cooking utensils had been thought about. The shower was fantastic and the bed’s extremely comfortable.
I would definitely recommend 8 Zinc and we will definitely be back to stay in it again.

Perfect location with easy walking access to all of Newquay. Outside area beautiful to watch the sunset and safe for dogs and toddler. Lots of great space and looking forward to returning again next year.

We can honestly say that this is one of the best apartments we have rented for a UK holiday! The apartment itself is large and contains everything you need for a stay away from home. Washing machine, dishwasher etc. It is well furnished with a very homely feel and one of the best aspects was the super comfy bed! On our arrival the team even ensured that the cot bed was readily assembled for the little one’s nap!
Note: The car park is secure and underground with a height restriction. We were a little concerned about the height as we have a tall SUV and a roof box, but the car fit under the door no worries. We stay in Newquay regularly, and the location of the apartment cannot be beaten. A stone’s throw away from Fistral Beach and its amenities and a short walk to the town’s bars, shops and restaurants. We spent a lot of time just sitting on the terrace overlooking the beach and golf course taking in the last of summer. The team at Newquay Holiday Lettings were very helpful from start to finish. Through the booking period and even assisting with some monir queries on our arrival. We couldn’t have asked for more and would 100% have no queries in booking with them again.

The airbnb is perfect and comes with a parking space. It is extremely clean, kitchen has everything you need for cooking and is in the perfect location. The beach, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. You cannot ask more for a holiday home. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a fantastic location! Only a few minutes to walk down to fistral beach or into Newquay town. There is a great view of the sea and coast from the terrace at the front too. The property was clean, spacious and ideal for the 4 of us staying. Check in was simple, with accurate instructions of what we needed to do and there is a parking space. We also found it easy enough to park a second car on the roads nearby. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.
