A fantastic home, very close to a dog friendly beach. Everything you need in the home to feel at home and comfortable. We had a fantastic week here and definitely would return.

Beachwalk is clean, well equipped and benefitted from a new bathroom. It is also ideally located to enjoy more than one beach and also the Harbour, ships and restaurants without needing to drive . Sainsbury’s is within walking distance. Newquay Holiday Lettings were very accommodating with the Covid situation and rearranging our booking, which we appreciated.

Four generations of our family age 7 to 75 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Driftwood. Plenty of space for us all and extremely well equipped. It was bright and airy {loved the shutters!}, and very clean. The garden was a sun trap and perfect for us and our dogs. Its in an excellent position and a quick walk to Fistral Beach, and in the other direction a pleasant walk to the Gannel.
Would love to go back one day.

Five of us stayed here for a week and had a great time. Our only complaint is that a week wasn’t long enough! The house is a 9 minute walk to Fistral beach, the supermarket is around the corner, and there is a lovely walk from the doorstep that passes the harbour and the headland before reaching Little Fistral beach. We had a car but I think you could enjoy yourself here fine without one – have Mexican food and play mini golf at Gilmore’s around the corner, grab a cocktail and watch the sunset at the headland hotel (famous setting for the witches film), rent a surf board, go for some walks in the area, join the queue for coffee and a pastry up the road at Basket – you won’t be bored! If you do have a car, we found lots of places were easily explored within 40 minutes of driving such as the lovely St ives (although we parked in Carbis bay and walked in which was beautiful), Fowey, Padstow (we did a day of cycling along the trail running to Bodmin – it was beautiful and you can stop off at camel valley winery, although we found you need to book), and many more. We didn’t spend much time in the house itself because there was so much to do in the area but we had two BBQs and had a movie night when it was raining – everything is set up for a big group and worked really well. Don’t be put off by the fact there’s only one bathroom – it wasn’t an issue for us and any complainers waiting for the shower can be swiftly shown to the outside shower 😉

What a lovely place! Great location in a lovely area, minutes walk to the beach, minutes to the town, seconds to the nearest pub and a few minutes walk to the harbour. My family and I stayed for 1 week as we had a family wedding to attend and we all had such a great time. It’s the perfect place for anyone and everyone! Great value for money too. We were given useful tips on where to go and what to do. Can’t recommend this place (and the hosts) enough! Thank you for the perfect stay!

Beachwalk couldn’t be better situated, a 5 minute walk in one direction and you are at Fistral beach, a 5 minute walk in the other and you have all the independent shops, café’s and pubs on your doorstep to sample. There really is no need for a car as even the supermarket is just down the road so your carbon footprint will be minimal! The owners of Beachwalk have renovated the property to a really high standard and everything provided for guests is top of the range. We had a great week of surfing, coastal walks, BBQ’s in the back garden and loving all aspects of life by the sea. A holiday at Beachwalk will not disappoint.

Would highly recommend this house in Newquay. It is modern, clean and in a great location. Good communication from owner if there are any problems or difficulties. We would definitely like to come back to stay here.

We stayed at beach walk holiday house from the 31st of July for a week. There were 6 adults and 2 children. We arrived and was instantly wow’d by the property. A fantastic location and a gorgeous property. All very modern and spacious. The outside of the property especially to the rear is gorgeous for spending warm sunny days in. The location is literally a stones throw away from the beach, the harbour and the town centre. A perfect location. Richard the owner of the property could not of been anymore friendly and helpful when it came to sorting any issues out. We had a problem with the microwave upon arrival, we mentioned this to Richard and he very promptly sorted the issue. We absolutely loved the beach walk holiday home, that much that we have already booked for 2 weeks next year. Thank u to Richard for providing us with perfect accommodation for our excellent holiday.
