This lovely ground floor apartment has a spacious open plan kitchen, and lounge area with amazing sweeping views over the ocean and Fistral beach.

The master bedroom has a double bed & the family bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is a washing machine in the apartment for your use. With a patio overlooking the ocean and communal gardens with picnic benches the outdoor space is perfect to watch the sunset over the ocean.

The property is located a 5 minute stroll from Fistral Beach. C4 Bay is dog friendly for couples aged 21 plus. Please note there is no lift access available and the apartment is located down a set of steps from the car park. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description, children or couples under 21 and will not be able to confirm your booking.
