This beautiful second floor apartment has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with amazing cliff top views over Porth Beach, Whipsiderry Bay and the coastal path between Porth and Watergate Bay. The master bedroom has a super king bed and outstanding views across the bay. The second twin bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is a washing machine in the apartment for your use. With communal gardens, drying area and picnic benches the outdoor space is perfect to watch the sunset over the ocean.

The property is located a 5 minute walk from family friendly Porth Beach and its general stores, pub/restaurant and small cafes/bistros. Coastline 18 is a dog friendly property and is located on the Porth to Watergate Bay coastal path which is a short 15 minute stroll away to Watergate Beach.

This property is perfect for couples and families. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking. Please note there is no lift access available.

We recently stayed in 18 Coastline Porth the apartment was clean comfy and had an amazing view over Whipsidery bay.

What a lovely property. Very very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and well equiped and the view from that huge window! Wow. Communication – Had a small problem with the freezer when we arrived at 7.30pm, phoned the given number and someone was with us within half an hour. Great service. Area – communal picnik table and grass area, 5 min walk to Porth beach, the first of many in the area, 40min walk to Newquay Town. Coastal path right outside taking you in both directions around a stunning coastline with lots of bays with smugglers caves and lots of coffee /lunch stops. Hiring of beach/surf equipment on Newquay beach is very reasonably priced and would wholeheartedly recommend doing coasteering with’Barefoot coasteering’

We really enjoyed our time at 18 Coastline Apartment.  It was perfectly located with great walks on the doorstep, easy access to all local beaches and good pubs that were walking distance.
The apartment had everything we needed for our 1 week break, it was comfortable and homely and has the most amazing views which changed daily pending on the weather.  And best of all, views of the sunset from the lounge and bedroom.
It’s been refurbished to a great standard, beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped.  I would highly recommend it and we shall certainly return.

Thanks for arranging this, the flat was lovely, comfortable beds and lovely bedding, immaculately clean, complimentary bathroom and teas/coffees and comfortable living room which made it a lovely home from home. Fabulous sea views and sunsets and an added bonus of the Headland Hotel in the distance which prompted a rematch of “The Witches” during one rainy evening!

What a great find! We were looking for somewhere that was dog friendly but not extortionately priced – and we found it. Perfect location for walks along the coast path and good for touring around as well. The accommodation was very clean and well presented / provisioned. The bed was comfortable and the view was brilliant (glad we were on the top floor!). Despite being next to a fairly busy road, there was very little disturbance with the windows closed. Lovely friendly pub just down the road (The Mermaid) and if you don’t mind steep steps- pop down to Whipsiderry beach – it’s a great spot.

My family and I have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at 18 Coastline Court. The accommodation was perfect for the three of us, meeting up for the first time since lockdown. The location was perfect for touring Cornwall. Located on Watergate Road we had easy access to all things Padstow way and in the other direction Penzance and beyond. The views from the front windows were stunning allowing us to watch sunsets in the evening and people watch during the day. I can recommend the company too who were always on hand if and when required. A thoroughly enjoyable stay was enjoyed by all. Thank you Newquay Holiday Lettings.
