This traditional top floor 2 bedroom apartment has a spacious dining and lounge area with sea glimpses from the lounge, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom has a large patio with outdoor furniture (pictures coming soon). The second twin bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom has a shower and a separate bath. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the apartment for your use. This property uses a pound coin meter for your electricity needs therefore electricity costs are not included in the tariff.

The property is located a 5 minute walk from family friendly Porth Beach and its general stores, pub/restaurant and small cafes/bistros. Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze beaches are a 10 minute walk away making this property the perfect property to park the car and walk. Henver Heights is dog friendly and has allocated car parking. Newquay Airport is a 10 minute drive and Newquay train station a 5 minute drive.
