Set on the edge of the town, you have the choice of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops only a few minutes walk away. This superb location means that its very easy to leave your car parked up for the duration of your stay. The lower ground floor is your private garage which can be used to house a smaller second car or somewhere to store your beach equipment and surf boards.

Seabee @ Towan Heights is beautifully furnished to a very high standard with incredible views of the bay and is just a few minutes stroll from town and town beaches

The ground floor sleeps 4 of your guests with a bunk room of 2 singles and another room with king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and beautiful sea views. This floor also has a utility room with washer/dryer and a walk in shower room.

The first floor sleeps a further 4 guests. With a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes and another bedroom with a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, its own private juliet balcony with stunning ocean views and en-suite walk in shower room. The family bathroom is also located on the first floor .

The second floor is the heart of the house with its large, spacious and contemporary open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a large L shaped sofa and tv, stunning ocean views and patio doors onto the balcony. The fully fitted modern kitchen is sleek and stylish and dining for 8.

If one lounge wasn’t enough, the third floor has a second lounge area with comfy sofas and tv leading out onto the private ocean facing terrace with outdoor furniture. There is an outdoor communal seating area if you prefer but please note no BBQs are allowed on site.

Dog and family-friendly with WIFI and car parking. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 30 and will not be able to confirm your booking. Please note that this property is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues due to several sets of stairs.
