Location and property were perfect described, and exactly what we were looking for. Staff were helpful and on hand with any queries answered promptly. Check in/out times are the only area i would like to see improved, but we understand in the current environment as the property needs to be thoroughly cleaned/inspected between every booking. All in all we will definitely be looking to come back and rebook again.

A truly fabulous property, in an excellent location, offering tremendous value which matches up to the photos as advertised but at the same time still manages to exceed expectations. Excellent, responsive communication from the friendly owner only adds to the overall holiday experience. Comfortable spacious apartment with a great view from the balcony. The apartments are near the top of a fairly steep road but then this is why you get good views! Whipsiderry beach is just across the road (a lot of steps down to the beach) and Porth beach is a 5 minute walk down the road. Carpark below the apartments with a lift up to the apartment is really handy, just beware the entrance/exit is a little tight for larger vehicles. We had a good week with trips to perranporth and tintagel only a short drive away.

Having lived in the area many years ago with our then young family we do like to return occasionally to see how things have changed. We decided to rent an apartment instead of staying in an hotel. We are so pleased we booked at Zenith 16 as it really was a very well equipped and comfortable apartment, beautiful views, sun from early morning to late evening, close to all amenities and a short run along the coast road to Padstow and all the lovely beaches in between. We will certainly book the apartment again when we next want to revisit the area.

Well situated apartment with a really spacious and airy feel in the main room and lovely views. Both bedrooms have good storage and hanging space plus comfy beds. Nice big bathrooms. We cooked every night and everything worked well. The temperature was just right and the sofa was lovely and squishy. A great base for our Cornish holiday with the bonus of dedicated parking.

Having lift from basement car park to apartment ideal when you have lots of luggage! Lots of little extras in the apartment to make your stay more comfortable. Will definitely return when we next visit Cornwall.

Fantastic flat in Porth. Only 5 mins walk downhill to the local beach or a lovely 40 min coastal walk to watergate bay. Flat is so spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment, was able to cook a Sunday roast with no issue 🙂 Only negative of our stay which is totally outside of the owners control is…if you are there in heavy winds you will not sleep at night. We had two nights of 40mph winds and boy did they slam into the windows, as the flat it at the top of the hill; and it will keep you awake all night. But our sleepless nights were comfy as the beds are lovely! The balcony is a fantastic sun trap in the afternoon which is an added bonus 🙂 Would def stay again, in fact whilst we were there we started planning our next trip. Thanks for a great stay!”

Zenith 16 is a wonderful place to stay for a holiday in Newquay. Right on the waterfront the view is excellent. The apartment and facilities are superb. There is nothing to fault in this accommodation. I highly recommend it.
